Holy Mole, the sister truck to Qspresso Food Truck brings the authentic and rich  flavor of Oaxacan cuisine to the Raleigh/Durham area. Together Courtney and Heladio aspire to bring the best Mexican flavors to you! Chef Heladio created a menu that highlights some of his favorite home cooked meals growing up. The Mole Negro goes back generations in his family but he’s letting you come to the dinner table! All menu items are crafted from scratch, from the hand-made tortillas to the roasted salsa roja.
